Alan Berube of Brookings Delivering Keynote at Atlanta Regional Housing Forum on Sept. 4

Mark your calendars for the next Atlanta Regional Housing Forum on Wednesday, September 4 from 9:30-11:45 a.m. at the Loudermilk Center for the Regional Community (40 Courtland St. NE, Atlanta, GA 30303).

Join us as we welcome nationally noted researcher, speaker and writer Alan Berube of the Brookings Institution, co-author of the book Confronting Suburban Poverty in America. Mr. Berube will share findings from his book and their connection to metro Atlanta, as well as root causes, challenges and proposed solutions. The forum will also include a panel of local leaders discussing different dimensions of suburban poverty in the Atlanta region.

The Forum is free, but registrants are asked to bring canned or non-perishable food items for donation to the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
