Join the City of Woodstock for an open house tomorrow, Saturday 11/15, to celebrate the Highway 92 LCI Master Plan process and to provide the City with your feedback on the draft plan.
Due to anticipated extreme cold temperatures, the event location has been changed from the Elm Street Theater Stage to the Chambers at City Center (8534 Main St., Woodstock, GA 30188).
Drop in at the Chambers between 9:00am and 12:00pm for coffee and discussion about the draft plan.
**Note: The planned self-guided bike tour of the Noonday Creek Trail has been canceled. The City and its team of partners will provide a smaller demonstration of recommended roadway improvements at the Chambers.

The Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) is a program of the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) that awards planning grants on a competitive basis to local governments and non-profit organizations for the enhancement of existing centers and corridors consistent with regional development policies. The program also provides transportation infrastructure funding for projects identified in LCI plans, once a plan has been adopted by a local community.
The Woodstock Highway 92 Corridor LCI focuses on guiding redevelopment along Highway 92 and identifying appropriate investment projects to improve the aesthetics and functionality of this corridor. This LCI study expands on the success of the 2002 Downtown Woodstock LCI study.
